How can I order the DVDs?
Online by using the Shopping Basket and your credit or debit card, by telephone in the UK on 0845 225 0540 or by telephone in the USA on 1-800 667 7955, using a credit or debit card, or by Mail Order via the section on this site which has an order form and payment instructions.

Will all the DVDs work in the US?
Unless the information on the DVD title state specifically that it is an NTSC version, it will not work in the US or Canada. Most of our titles are in the PAL format, which will work in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Do you supply to retailers?
Yes, we are delighted to supply retail outlets. Please contact us using the Contact form or email info@windowonscotland.com. PLEASE NOTE: the telephone number featured in the website is for personal purchases by credit or debit card only.

How can I be sure that the DVD will play in English?
All our DVD titles have English as the main language. If another language is used, Gaelic for example, it is available for selection from a Menu at the start of the programme.

How soon after I have ordered the DVDs will they arrive?
All orders are sent out by First Class Recorded delivery (within the UK - Standard Airmail for Overseas orders). We aim to have orders despatched within 3 to 4 working days of being received, and it normally takes 1 or 2 days for the Royal Mail to deliver. At certain times of the year demand can be very high, which is why we do advise that you allow 28 days for delivery.
